Evalon’s pedigree and track record is second to none, and is supplied by the Dorset-based International Construction Bureau Ltd (ICB), a long-standing market leader in the world roofing industry, and sole UK source of the EVA Single Ply Membranes system.

It has a guaranteed life of more than 20 years, has proven strength, stability, flexibility, climate and chemical resistance – and can be applied to asphalt, bitumen and all commonly used thermal insulation. It is particularly suitable to overlay existing built up felt roof of any shape – flat, pitched or curved.
Nothing needs to be removed from the existing roof – keeping costs down and the roof safe from the elements while work continues.

Evalon is kind to the environment. It does not ‘leach’ anything harmful in to the atmosphere or water table, it can be recycled and is pollution resistant.

Evalon membrane is UV stable so will not shrink or become brittle over time.
Sate grey is the most popular colour, also available in light grey or white as standard: black, brown, terracotta, army green, pale green, beige, are available for larger projects.
The regular 1.2mm thick membrane is covered by ICB’s single point 20-year system guarantee, having been inspected & passed by ICB installation inspector.
1.5mm thick membrane is covered by ICB’s single point 25-year system guarantee, having been inspected & passed by ICB installation inspector. Unlike other membranes systems, there is no requirement for further inspections every 5 years.
Comes in 25m lengths 1.05 m wide as standard, 1.55m & 2.05m wide are available.
Is vapour permeable so does not trap moisture.
Quick and easy to install by heat- or solvent-welding.
